Offering views across the Sandstone Trail and Woodhouse Hillfort, there is an abundance of open countryside and delightful country walks right on the doorstep; and although the location is rural, Helsby and Frodsham are both just a 5-minute drive.
Helsby is home to a local supermarket, pub and cafรฉ, and has numerous footpaths leading to a National Trust wood and Helsby Hill, also popular with rock climbers. Frodsham has a thriving centre with a weekly market and numerous shops, pubs, cafรฉs and wine bars. The pub in the centre marks the start of the Sandstone Trail, which then stretches for 34 miles past Delamere Forest through to Whitchurch.
