Villa M30 is newly built, very modern, and offers an experience of very comfortable accommodation for 6+2 people in the middle of a very unspoiled village Ugljane in the hinterland of Split and Omiš area. With its elegant exterior and interior, the villa boasts a truly urban appearance and interesting design, surrounded by unspoiled greenery. Fully airconditioned with free Wi-Fi, with all of the required home appliances in the kitchen, spacious interior, and 3 bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom. The villa offers wonderful undisturbed views of nature and fields which every guest will surely enjoy. Additionally, a relaxed short walk will take you to a village area with a few traditional stone houses where you can see some local animal sorts in a fenced area.
Upon arrival, your host will give you much useful information about places to visit, recommended restaurants, possibilities to rent a private boat tour, and have your unforgettable Adriatic adventure visiting island Brač or Hvar, the possibility to order dinner, to arrange a body massage. The outdoor area offers absolute privacy on the 29m² private heated pool, sun deck area with 6 deck chairs, covered outdoor dining area with TV and traditional barbecue, a summer kitchen next to it, and a playground for your youngest.
There are a trampoline and a slide for your children outside. Furthermore, there is a basketball plat, a mini football field, and a training ground for a street workout with various exercises and equipment. There are also 2 bicycles available. All are surrounded by Mediterranean plants and fields where local seasonal vegetables and fruit grow.
The main entrance takes you to an open space concept of living and dining area with pool views, fully equipped with all a modern guest requires for a comfortable stay, Free Wi-Fi, A/C, TV. There is also a separate toilet, pantry room, and a corner with toys for your youngest.
An internal staircase takes you to a bedroom area on the first floor that contains Bedroom NO1 with a king-size bed 180x200cm + a sofa bed for 1 person, A/C, TV, and en-suite bathroom with shower. Bedroom NO2 with two single beds 90x200cm, A/C, TV a Play Station 4, an en-suite bathroom with shower. From the hallway you step on two spacious terraces, one on the South, and another on the Northside, both with lounge outdoor furniture and views on the greenery and fields, a perfect spot for lazy evenings and watching stars, since the skies here are clear from urban lights.

Villa M30 is located in an absolutely quiet part of Ugljane village, only 1km far from a minimarket, restaurant, and bar. A drive to Ugljane is very nice, scenic with rare cars on it. This area is full of natural and historical attractions. The nearest town is Trilj nested on the Cetina river is 5km far from several traditional restaurants. Sinj town with great history, amazing interactive museum, and possibilities to ride a horse is only 20min drive, and to get to famous town Split with UNESCO heritage, Omiš and Cetina river water activities like rafting and zip-line, then Trogir town, all mentioned is only 30 min easy drive and worth of visiting (30min drive, 35 km far)..
