This brand newly built, Oceanside home has the ultimate WOW factor! This 7 bedroom, 9 bathroom home is absolutely gorgeous with luxury amenities and coastal accents throughout.
If you enter through the two-car garage you will find a ping-pong table for your family’s entertainment. Inside the house at the end of the hall is a very large laundry room with a sink and a stacked front loading washer and dryer. There is plenty of cabinet and counter space. From here you can access the enclosed outdoor shower. A great place to wash off the beach sand before entering the pool or house. Back inside in this same hall is a bathroom that has a single granite topped vanity and a walk-in shower with the rain shower head and hand-held wand. Next you will find a wet bar with sink and full size Thermador refrigerator.
You will be amazed at the breathtaking ocean views and beautiful hardwood floors throughout this home. In the open living room, kitchen, dining room area you have exposed beam ceilings. The living room has a comfortable u-shaped light tan couch, two swivel chairs and an 85” mounted TV over the fireplace. This opens up to the gourmet kitchen where there is an extra-large kitchen island that has six leather stools, a sink and one of the two dishwashers. There are granite countertops, stainless steel Thermador appliances and a butler’s pantry. This fully equipped kitchen and the 60” six-burner gas stove is sure to please the chef in the family. The adjoining dining room has a long wooden table that has eight cushioned seats and a bench seat near the window.
Open the sliding door to the outdoor kitchen and covered sitting area that has ceiling fans to keep you cool. Feel the ocean breeze, listen to the waves crashing and enjoy views of the pool and beach while relaxing by the outdoor fireplace where there are four chairs and two rocking chairs plus an 85” mounted TV. Barbeque on the stainless steel Sedona gas grill, keep your beverages cool in the outdoor mini fridge and dine outside at the table with seating for six. Go down a few steps to enjoy swimming or floating in the pool and relax your muscles in the hot tub. When you are done here take the short path to the beach. Go for an early morning run on the beach, an afternoon ocean swim or take in a sunset walk.
Back inside, to the right of the front door, there is a hall bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower. All showers in all nine bathrooms have the rain showerhead and handheld wand. The first bedroom has a king bed with mint green décor, a bench seat by the window, high ceilings with exposed beams and a mounted 65” TV. Next door is the master suite with a king bed, two chairs and a 75” Roku TV. There is a door to access the pool deck and beautiful pool and beach views from this room. The very large ensuite bath has two separate granite topped vanities, a soaking tub, walk-in closet and walk-in shower.
At the top of the stairs to the second floor there is a reading nook with a comfortable chair and a shelf full of books. To the right is a guest room with a full over full bunk bed plus a queen bed and a mounted 58” Roku TV. Next door is another guest room that has two twin bunk beds and a queen bed, a table with two chairs and a mounted 58” Roku TV. Each room has private bathrooms that have double granite topped vanities and walk-in showers. If you climb the ladder by the bunk bed you will find an adorable loft area that has four blue bean bag chairs and a mounted 58” Roku TV. This is a great place for the kids to hang out for some down time in front of the TV and can be accessed by both rooms.
The third floor offers a second laundry room with a sink and stacked front loading washer and dryer. At the top of the stairs is a bedroom that has a king bed, accent chair and 75” mounted TV. This room has high exposed beam ceilings and gorgeous ocean views. The ensuite bath has a single granite vanity, two closets and a walk-in shower.
To the right of the stairs there are two chairs and a rolling bar table. This opens up to an additional living room, again with high exposed beam ceilings and stunning ocean views. It has a dark blue sectional, two arm chairs and a mounted 85” Roku TV. Behind the couch is a kitchenette with a mini fridge, sink and coffee station. In the hall there is a bathroom with a single granite vanity and walk-in shower. There is an office/sitting area down this hall that has an off white, queen sleeper sofa, two chairs, a desk and an 85” Roku TV. Sliding glass doors open to a covered balcony with ceiling fans and four chairs overlooking the pool and beach.
Another bedroom can be found on this side of the home with the same high ceilings with exposed beams. It has a king bed, two chairs, ocean views, a 65” TV and access to the balcony. The large private bathroom has a walk-in closet, two separate granite vanities, a soaking tub under the window and a walk-in shower. The last room on this floor has a king bed, two chairs, access to the balcony, the same beautiful ocean views and a 65” TV. It also has a private bathroom with a walk-in closet, double granite vanities and a walk-in shower.
