The home is located less than 10 minutes from downtown and Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, and only minutes from Mueller and Little Walnut Creek Greenbelt. Golfers can tee-off at the Morris Williams Golf Course on the neighborhood's northern border. Our property is situated on a lot with two homes. Please be aware that although our home features a privacy fence enclosing the small backyard, the house behind it is two stories tall and in very close proximity to the front house. Additionally, on the left-hand side of the house is the driveway for the back house.

Givens District Park is the most popular park in the neighborhood, and features a playground, courts for basketball and tennis, baseball fields, a swimming pool, walking trails and picnic tables.
