The Space:
The Rosy-Cozy Family Home is perfect for the traveling family that need a beautiful, spacious, and inexpensive place to stay while in Amarillo. We are located in the heart of Amarillo and conveniently located off I-40. This home has three large bedrooms, two amazing bathrooms, spacious living room and kitchen, and a washroom for you to do laundry, free of charge.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all dishes needed to prepare fresh meals. Besides dishes, there is a Keurig, Keurig cups, bottled water, and other miscellaneous goodies. The bathroom has all the necessary linens, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We also leave out small toiletry items that you may have forgotten when packing for your trip. The living area and the bedroom has a large television with access to Netflix. We also provide free blazing fast Wi-Fi.

You will have your private key code to the house with a keypad lock. There is plenty of parking directly in front of the house on the street (not a busy street).

**We donate a portion of our proceeds to the Wolflin Community Garden. This is a non-profit project that we as your host teamed up with the local community to create an amazing gift to give back to our neighborhood. You are more than welcome to come to the garden and enjoy!!

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire house. There is private driveway that is all yours for your stay. There is also plenty of parking in front of the house.

The Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We host in many of the homes in the area and we love the neighborhood.

Getting Around:
This is one of the easiest Airbnb's to find in Amarillo if you are traveling down 1-40 or I -27. We are just minutes from the Amarillo Medical District, The Big Texan, and Palo Duro Canyon is right down I-27 from us.

Other Things to Note:
We are located right down the street from tons of restaurants. Also, we are very easy to find just a couple blocks from I-40 and I-27. If you want to get anywhere in town it is just a hop, skip, and a jump.

Interaction with Guests:
Hosting is our passion and Amarillo is our home. We do our absolute best to provide an accommodating stay for our guests. We live just down the street and are available anytime we are home. Also you can call or text us when ever you need anything..
