Outside, watch the world go by from your front porch or meet up on the furnished back patio for a summertime cookout with the help of your gas grill, and then warm up around the firepit as the stars come out. This home also includes a vibrant home office with a desk and chair - perfect for remote work or schooling. For sleeping options, you'll find four cozy bedrooms here, all of which are located on the second floor, including three with en suite baths. Guests of this home will also enjoy access to a shared, outdoor pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and clubhouse.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the โDamage Waiverโ). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
