Holiday in a luxury villa - whether you’re famous or not This cosmopolitan hangout in the Peloponnese has it all: Villas, mansions and luxury resorts surrounded by olive groves. Beautiful beaches backed by the sun-kissed Mediterranean landscape, attractive summer villas and a stunning new resort, yacht marinas, the island of Spetses across the narrow straits, fresh fish and a lively nightlife are just a few features in the portrait of Porto Heli and Ermioni, a destination for the cognoscenti.
The two-storey villa has four bedrooms and can host 10 adults plus 1 child. The ground floor: has three bedrooms and can host up to seven people: There is a living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The sofa bed in the living room sleeps 1 person. There is a luxurious bathroom with a bath tub and a whirlpool. The floor is all made by Dionysus marble. The first floor: there is a double bed in the bedroom and a living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. A double bunker will sleep 2 adults in the living room. A/C and flat-screen TVs are available in all rooms. The rooms are decorated with antiques, art deco pieces and Greek Master Hatzioanoy oil paintings on old wood. A DVD player, as well as a CD player, is provided.
The holiday villa is set in a quiet 4.000 square meters lot with a 400 sq.m. garden that boasts beautiful views of the sea which is just a few hundred meters away. Relax on the 100 sq.m. large shaded veranda covered with Spanish Monastery handmade tiles and decorated with original antiques such as a 2tone 190cm 18th century anchor, a monastery table for 8 with a lovely garden and a view to the sea. Free private parking is also available on site.
The villa is a pet-friendly accommodation.
The villa is only 5 minutes away from the crossing point to Spetses Island and 400 meters from 2 wonderful beaches (4 minutes walk to the beach) and a very elegant and price correct restaurant cafe and bar. Nafplio is 45 km away. A few kilometers south of Porto Heli, on the southernmost cape in the Argolis, Agios Emilianos takes its name from a chapel with a good view of Spetses. Hidden in the lush surroundings are the grand summer homes of famous Greeks and foreigners and isolated sandy beaches where you can enjoy the warm clear waters. Porto Heli’s fine little harbor is well protected from the wind and much favored by yachtsmen. Across the way are the ruins of the ancient city of Alieon. Whether you came by sea or not, you’ll enjoy your stroll through the streets lined with shops, restaurants and hotels. Porto Heli is one of the most famous and luxurious holiday destinations in Greece for a reason.
