Nafplio is 45 km away. A few kilometers south of Porto Heli, on the southernmost cape in the Argolis, Agios Emilianos takes its name from a chapel with a good view of Spetses. Hidden in the lush surroundings are the grand summer homes of famous Greeks and foreigners and isolated sandy beaches where you can enjoy the warm clear waters. Porto Heli’s fine little harbor is well protected from the wind and much favored by yachtsmen. Across the way are the ruins of the ancient city of Alieon. Whether you came by sea or not, you’ll enjoy your stroll through the streets lined with shops, restaurants and hotels.
