Positive: The location is very convenient and the staff are friendly and helpful.
Negative: We chose to be picked up by using the hotel service which we paid extra for. We notified management of our arrival time. They told us where to me our driver but there was no sign. Finally someone asked us who we were waiting for and we were told to wait off to the side. We waited an hour and we started to walk to look for an Uber and all of a sudden we were told the driver was waiting for us down stairs. The airport is an hour outside the city the driver seemed to not be able to find the hotel. By this time it was 2 in the morning. Upon arriving management was very kind and insisted on carrying our bags to the room. The rooms was clean and tidy but small, however it was suficiente for an overnight stay.
Summary: This hotel was satisfactory for our short term needs.
