Whitby Retreat with moor views. Detached bungalow-style property on two-level with a totally private garden to the front and a second private gravel garden with apple trees to the rear with lovely views over the moors towards Whitby. Situated in a very quiet cul-de-sac. Parking with a private drive and street parking. Whitby is only 3 miles. Sleights a lovely little village with award-winning Redfordโs butchers and a Bothamโs famous confectionery shop and a village pub with great food.

It is a very big house with three entrances. One entrance to the rear is self-contained and has a double bedroom and a single bedroom. You can go up the rear steps into the upper floor or use the front entrance also which is straight in only one step. On this floor, there is a double bedroom and a second bedroom with double and single beds and a double sofa bed in the lounge. The bottom floor has a double bed and in the second bedroom a single bed.
The rear gravel garden has appel trees and views over Whitby and the moors. There are four outdoor sears and a table.
By car, it is only 5 minutes driving to Whitby and when you had enough you can leave and come back to peace and tranquillity.
The whole building is 2 self-contained flats one to the front and one to the rear which has been extensively soundproofed but there will be the possibility of a little noise between the upper and downstairs apartments. The downstairs apartment is also slightly restricted on head height with the ceiling being 6-foot 8 inches from the ground.
