Walk across the road to The Warburton Hotel, Yarra Valley Artisan Baker, Fromagerie, The Mill House, The Flying Apron Cafe and Fill Good Whole Foods! This self contained rustic converted shop has a full kitchen, bathroom with soaker tub, double sinks, massive separate bedroom with king bed and desk, dining room with a bar, lounge with sofa bed 55" Smart TV and huge windows with mountain views and your own private front garden. Come and enjoy all that Warburton and the Yarra Valley has to offer!
The space
It's a converted shop you have nice big rooms it's very spacious. Lots of sun floods in through the windows. Enjoy the gorgeous copper retro Heatmaster wood fire in the lounge room.
Guest access
The Air BNB has its own entrance from the street and is completely private and separate from the main house.
There is self check in with key lock box.
Other things to note
The sleeping arrangement is a very comfy king bed with Koala mattress in the bedroom and a double fold out sofa in the lounge, linen is provided for the king bed, you are welcome to use the sofa bed, however please bring linen and pillows for the sofa bed. All rooms have block out curtains.
The house has concrete floors with big rugs so bring your slippers. If you have little ones that are new to walking or prone to tripping please be aware that the floors are hard. There's also a little step up from the kitchen into the dining area which could be a tripping hazard.
The house is on a road so you will hear cars going past, its a 50 k zone though and offers great convenience as you can literally walk across the road for dinner and drinks at the pub and for brekkie at the cafรฉ or for some fresh bread and cheese or supplies at Fill Good. The pub can get a bit rowdy on weekends too.
