Positive: Easy to access house through use of key safe. Good location. Within walking distance of shops, pubs, bar, and restaurants. Great showers. Good size kitchen table. Very useful utility space with washing machine and separate dryer. First floor bedrooms very spacious. Good kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, hob, and dishwasher. Good heating system.

Negative: Parking outside the house can be a little hit and miss. Loft bedroom for adults has limited headroom. I wasn't keen on the twin wicker beds in the loft. Stairs are very steep to the loft room. No sitting out space at the rear. Not enough seating in the lounge (adequate for our group of 5).

Summary: It's ok, dependent on your situation.
