Positive: Fantastic location - aside from the fact it is on the 2nd floor (up two flights of stairs), it is probably the most convenient property in Looe - a flat 5 - 10 minute walk into town and overlooking a pub The view is amazing - we spent a lot of time just looking out over the river from the lounge

Negative: The pub below has live music several days of the week - the noise is quite intrusive however they stop by 8 pm The parking space is quite narrow - definitely would not fit a ferrari and I dont think I would get my BMW 4 series in so if you have multiple cars - take the narrowest We had problems with the shower but the owners have promised to replace it

Summary: Perfect location, lots of good meals (especially the Sardine Factory, Yamas and the Coddy Shack
