Positive: Location is very convenient with the bus stop in front of the house, with short connections to skilifts. The owner was very nice
Negative: One bedroom plus the bathroom are outside of the part of the apartment that can be locked, with an upstairs neighbor passing by regularly. The apartment, specifically the kitchen (which also acts as the living room) isn't too big. There's also sometimes a smell of smoke, possibly from the upstairs neighbor
Summary: Great location, few things that could have been better
