Located on beautiful Lake Muskoka in Dudley Bay. Our property has three remarkable cottages all connected by a 150-foot lakeside deck and two docks. Please note, we do not rent to separate parties at the same time. All 3 cottages are yours to use which makes it a great space for entertaining.

Location:

Our family cottage is just a 5-minute drive from to the town of Bala and 10 mins to Port Carling. Dudley Bay is a locals favourite spot for calmer waters for swimming and less boat traffic. While still being in the heart of all the action. This is a family cottage and not suitable for party weekends.

The Space:

Each of our 3 cottages has it’s own style & characteristics that embody the classic “Muskoka Cottage”. All properties are connected by over 150 feet of deck space and are just steps to the lake. Enjoy morning coffee cozied up in your Muskoka chair on one of your two private docks, one with a large umbrella that works perfectly if some guests are looking for shade. The second dock extends far-out over the lake and provides full sun exposure so you can soak up the sun all day. The water is deep and clear, no weeds and beautiful for swimming. There is a canoe and life-jackets that you can use, giant trampoline in the front yard and the large grass area that's great for games. Have a boat? There is room to park your boat at the dock. When lunch/dinner time rolls around cook your summer essential meals on our large propane Weber barbeque. Stay outside and enjoy the great outdoors while eating your meals on multiple patio dining sets and seating areas. When night rolls around, gather the family beneath the stars, share stories and roast marshmallows at the fire pit surrounded by Muskoka chairs. When it’s time to call it a night, retire to one of the 7 bedrooms or 12 beds + additional sleeping options we have scattered throughout the property. The best part!? You get to do it all again tomorrow.

Cottage 1 –
This timeless Muskoka a-frame style cottage has floor to ceiling knotty pine décor, large lake views throughout, full kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A beautiful entertainment/family room over the water with a 60+ inch TV. The living/dining room features a loft style layout with cathedral ceilings. Sit 10 guests comfortably at our long family table.

Cottage 2 –
The middle cottage boasts a little more of a modern style, with hardwood floors throughout, full kitchen, bathroom and a wood fireplace. The 3 bedrooms can sleep 8 comfortably and include 1 queen bed and 2 bunk beds (full-size mattress on the bottom + single above). Enjoy a game of darts in our lakeside sunroom.

Cottage 3 –
The Bunkie (usually a guest favourite!) is your classic Muskoka getaway from back in the day and is a rustic reminder of cottaging in the 80s/90s. The character interior of the Bunkie has log cabin style walls, hardwood/checker floors, full kitchen, bathroom, a queen bedroom and an extra bunk bed. This space is great for extra guests or for kids to have their own mini cottage. Trust us, they’ll love it!
