Villa calpe balcony is located near the idyllic Mediterranean coastline of Benissa which is an upmarket coastal resort situated on the Northern Costa Blanca.
The villa has everything you deserve for your dream holiday, large pool tons of outdoor space. Superb views of the Mediterranean sea and Calpe's rock and skyline and views of the surrounding mountains.
The large outdoor covered kitchen dining area offers everything you need to try your hand and making some typical tapas and the large handcrafted table with sitting on all four sides allows for great family meal times. The best room in the villa is on the top floor offering some of the best views in the house with it's on suite bathroom and large private balcony it's usually known as the suite, the room size is truly spacious with a large fully fitted changing area at one end of the room and at the other end a seating area. The suite is ideal for couples looking for some "us time" away from the family or friends during the holiday. The newly renovated pool offers a large sallow play area for young children and a submerged setting in the pool for parents to sit the water while supervising the children. There is a large bathroom near the pool with a toilet and shower. Very close the pool area is the sun lounge area on a large artificial grass we spared no expense on the grass it has a very natural feel.
A family holiday is not a holiday if the children are not happy. We've got you covered, there is an artificial grass football pitch, games area with pingpong table and darts. In the villa, there is a games room with tabletop games, a Wi video game system which is just the main lounge, close the door and let the children run wild while you enjoy a regional glass of wine admiring the views.
The villa It's distributed on two levels, the main floor has 4 bedrooms two bathrooms both with showers. The top level is suite is what has the master suite, shower and large bath for couples. There is a parking for up to 5 cars.
Two local restaurants and supermarket are only 2 minutes drive away there are another 10 restaurants and a larger supermarket which 6 mins drive. The Golf course San Jaime and the nearest beach are 6 min drive.
Benissa has approximately four kilometers of coastline and four main beaches which are the Cala Lobella, Baladrar, La Fustera and Cala Pinet. north of Benissa in Moraira, there are some more small beaches while Calpe to the south has some long golden sandy beaches with promenade and fantastic restaurants.
Benissa is also popular with scuba divers as there is a good variety of marine life as well as caves to explore.
