Entrance to the villa is off of a quiet street, either via a pedestrian gate, or double gates allowing off road parking for one car
The villa is very private, surrounded by high hedges, and a beautiful garden.
The pool is completely surrounded by a small fence and gated, ideal for families with young children
When you enter the villa , you enter a small hallway, with the sitting room to the front. This leads to a beautiful, enclosed naya with doors out to the very impressive garden area
To the left are the bedrooms and to the right is the fully fitted kitchen
The villa is very private and quiet and surrounded by high hedges, and a beautiful garden (1.000 m2) all around the house with many beautiful trees and benefits from all day sunshine.
