Location:
Villa Mare is a magnificent villa, modern designed located on the first sea line, with incredible views and access to the sea (it has a buoy with a separate price). It is located in the prestigious area of Cap d'en Font, a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Binisafรบa beach. The rest of the southern beaches (Binidalรญ, Binibeca, Punta Prima) are 5 minutes away by car, as is the town of San Luis, where you will find all kinds of services (supermarkets, restaurants, banks, pharmacy, etc). The capital, Mahรณn, is about 10 minutes away by car.
Exterior:
The house has a large swimming pool (saline water), lawn area and enjoying wonderful views of the sea and sunset. The terrace has a table and chairs to eat in the shade, and also with outdoor comfortable sofas. From the garden you can go down to the sea. On one side of the house is a built-in barbecue, with a barbecue table and a sink for scrubbing.
Interior:
Practically the entire house is on one floor with sea views, natural light and has air conditioning in all rooms on the main level. From the living / dining room, open to the kitchen, there is access on one side of the house to a large master bedroom with a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bath. On the other side of the house are 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower.
The lower floor or basement, is equipped with 1 double bedroom with bathroom (shower). This room is suitable for the service or for two children, as this room is not up to the standard of the rooms on the main floor. This room does not have air conditioning but does have a portable fan.
