The house is quietly located by the sea (first line) in a slightly elevated location (9 m above sea level) with views of the trees and the sea. It is spacious (170m² living space) and opens onto a large covered terrace and on a private garden (500m²). The long sandy beach is accessible on foot, around 300 meters via a small path or 600 meters via a path. The village can also be reached on foot by the beach or by a path.
Composition: large living room (air conditioner), well equipped open kitchen, 3 bedrooms (including 2 air conditioned), 2 shower rooms (shower and WC). Other amenities (dishwasher, washing machine, safe, satellite TV, WIFI on request).
The large natural stone slab garden is well-landscaped and includes a lovely barbecue area and an outdoor shower. It is fully enclosed and its entrance is closed by a gate. Cars can be parked inside the garden.

Summary: Very nice holiday house with a nice view and great BBQ. Everything is complete, airco is working fine and although you don't spend much time in the house because of the beautiful weather it has a nice living room and enough bedrooms and even 2 bathrooms. Helmut and his wife are a very nice couple and helped us adequate as are the answers of Rolf Mischler in case we had any question. To summarize: we will definitely book next year again.
