Positive: The place is beautiful! From inside to outside we loved everything. The backyard is gorgeous and huge. Our apartment was on the second floor, the view from the big balcony was amazing. We stayed with 1yr old, it was very comfortable stay. Dervio is easy to go around with a stroller, Coop is 5 min away, there are not too many people and locals are so nice.

Negative: The only thing I would add to make it easier for families with babies is a highchair. It is a cheap thing but makes a huge difference.
