Summary: Overall the place was nice and clean. The complex is quiet and cozy. The pool was great. Cable channels were difficult to figure out. A channel guide would have been nice (football season). Boat launch and boat slips were great! There are several areas that need maintenance. Kitchen sink was clogged and sink garbage disposal did not work. Also, master bathroom sink was partially clogged and was very slow to drain. Microwave was very rusty on the inside and did not look safe to use.
