Positive: The positive aspects: 2 underground parking spaces; gate with codepad locked inner courtyard; elevator up to the door, even directly from the basement; decent view, but nowhere near amazing; generous space; good (enough) position for 5-30 miunutes trip to a couple of closeby beaches - we don't recommend the closest one; AC in every room on the main floor, but not on the top one where it gets really hot; there were multiple fans made available in the place
Negative: The less than positive aspects: the description of the property is (deliberetely) incorrect: there are 2 bedrooms, not 3; there are 2 bathrooms, not 3; there are 3 beds, but the one from the upper floor is mostly decorative - it can be slept on, but it's not confortable at all; if you're willing to either fight the heat or dozens of mosquitos, you can try sleeping upstairs - the bug net over the bed was mounted with other things in mind, so it doesn't really protect against mosquitos; the upstairs "bathroom" consists of a toilet and sink, but no door and mostly no privacy - if you have anybody sitting upstairs, there's only a wall (that doesn't go to the ceeling) separating the person going to the toilet from the guests; the shower upstairs is a solar shower, placed on the patio - can only be used without soap/shampoo and only in warm weather; the property is managed by a company, not a host; communication was difficult as our contact also had to reach out on their end for the information that we requested; we had no internet connection, at all, during our stay - even though our contact was notified and provided with all the details requested.
