Guests may experience disturbance due to nearby construction on the eastern side of the building. while this activity is not within our property, we want to ensure you are aware of potential noise during the construction period. we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, please note that a mid-week housekeeping service is only offered for stays of 9 or more nights, please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual ‘schoolies week’ period. it does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period, the accommodations at ultra broadbeach is self-contained and unserviced. initial provisions supplied include soaps; laundry, kitchen and bathroom, tea, coffee, milk, sugar and toilet paper. these are not replenished during the stay, please note that all visa and mastercard payments will now incur a surcharge of 2% and 3% for all amex bookings, as of 1st september 2025, we appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance our facilities. please note that from 01/09/2025 to 23/12/2025, and again from 01/02/2026 for 4 months, the property will be operating with one elevator only due to refurbishment works, during these times, elevator wait times may be longer than usual. we ap-preciate your patience and understanding as we upgrade our facilities.guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Negative: Apartment wasn't very clean. Ensuite had no working extraction fan so bathroom was always steamy for ages after showers Bed in main bedroom needs new mattress. It was on a major lean. Terribly soft too Need more kitchen stuff. Ie bowls, platters. Couches quite old Apartment smelt of dog/animal
