Positive: The house has everything you need and is very nicely decorated. We felt so at home here! We traveled as a group of friends and family with one toddler. The bedrooms remain cool and pleasant during the day even with the AC off, as they are in the lower part of the house. The couch in the living area was one of the most comfortable couches to just lounge in and play cards. Vanessa, the host, was super nice and getting the keys and info from her was easy and gave us more details on the house. We used the green egg bbq three times and our food came out amazing!! Just be sure to clean it properly right after ;) We also enjoyed the community pool a couple of times and would also recommend it for a nice dip. Walking to mambo is about 10 mins where you can do amazing snorkeling. We found an (empty) queen conch
Negative: The only thing we were missing were bedcovers or blankets, so we used some of the provided beach towels in a pinch. But it would have been nice if that would not have been necesairy.
