Positive: I liked the space of the studio. It was spacious and accommodating with a fridge, stove, a couch, bed and a dining table. I liked the safety mechanism created, which included having a door being kept locked all times, especially during the evening. This door would mitigate any unwanted intruders.
Negative: For the price point, it would have been nice to have a hot and cold shower, especially seeing we are in a January where the temperatures in the morning can get really chilly. The a/c remote needs to be replaced, it requires a little finesse in order to turn on or off the a/c, it was a little frustrating. Even though an iron was provided, there wasn't an ironing board. The mattress in the room, I would suggest it be replaced as it seems it has done its time. It's not old or dingy, just that you can feel the wear and tear when you're on it.
