This exceptional apartment offers you a spectacular panorama and access to the owners' private fishing lake. It is located in a huge 15th century hunting lodge, which has been divided into 3 magnificent accommodations. The owner occupies one of them.
In front of the house you will enjoy a large patio and a beautiful heated pool (at 26 ยฐ from May to September), which is shared. At the back of the house you enjoy your own private terrace. The domicile is located on a beautiful wooded land of 87 ha. The authentic charm of the house has been preserved (the oldest part dates back to 1100), as well as the stone bread oven. Thanks to the modern equipment, the accommodation offers the necessary comfort. The rooms are spacious and bright.
Don't miss a visit to Moissannes (1 km) or Saint Lรฉonard de Noblat, a charming medieval town designated "Plus Beaux Dรฉtours de France," with pretty old houses and a UNESCO-classified Romanesque church.
Also discover Limoges and its rich heritage. There's also a tourist train here that runs a tour of the area. Go on a treasure hunt with geocoaching routes (with phone and GPS) and don't miss Parc Bellevue with its exciting go-karts, bungee shooting, bumper boats and its 6-person water slide.
