Summary: The hotel seemed nice enough and is in a good location. Unfortunately, whrn we plugged a phone charger in on arrival to our room the plug point sparked and the electricity circuit fuse tripped. I reported this immediately to the member of staff in reception. Nothing was done about it. The kitchenette circuits - fridge, kettle, toaster - and bedside lamps were off so I went back to reception to find a member of staff - no one was there (Sunday evening). We had to make do without and plugged the kettle into a hallway point for our morning coffee. Not ideal.
