Positive: The facility setup and environment were great and the scenery from the restaurant was simply beautiful. Renovation seems to have been made and the room became clean and nice. A front staff listened to my points and was trying to sincerely respond to them.
Negative: There were many points to be addressed. 1. The 45 m² room that saw on the Booking.com website and I booked "did not" exist so I was put into the 35 m² room. Nothing was mentioned at the time of check-in. 2. There was no chain lock from inside. 3. Someone entered into my room in the middle of the night. S/he opened the door and just closed as far as I heard the sound. 4. The desk was so high and the chair did not match the hight of the desk. 5. The electrical outlet (socket) was inconveniently located. It was located just under the top board of the table. No outlet was located on the desk. 6. Lavatory basin (pan) was located so close to the wall and it was very tight. 7. The refrigerator was very old and water was leaking. 8. A safety box was equipped but was not fixed to the shelf. Anyone can remove from the room and take it away. 9. Staff at the breakfast neither checked my room number, nor guided me to the table. They were busy chatting among themselves. That was the worst breakfast experience I ever had this year. 10. The quality of the breakfast degraded compared to the one provided at the same hotel few years back.
