Positive: The location was excellent, offering convenient access to nearby attractions and amenities. It was perfectly situated, making it easy to explore the area. The staff contributed greatly to the positive experience; they were consistently friendly, approachable, and carried themselves with professionalism. Their welcoming attitude and attentive service created a warm and comfortable atmosphere throughout the stay.

Negative: The room and bathroom were poorly cleaned. Hair was visible on the carpet, bed, and in the bathroom, making the space feel unhygienic. Dust covered the desk and pedestals, and the carpet appeared not to have been vacuumed. Overall, the cleanliness was unsatisfactory.

Summary: My overall stay was pleasant, but the cleanliness of the room and bathroom was disappointing.
