It is a spacious house of 111 m² newly renovated, quiet, with three bedrooms. The largest, overlooking the courtyard, is furnished with a large double bed and a desk. A second, with bunk beds, has a desk, a bathroom and adjoining toilet. It can be occupied by adults as well as by children. The third bedroom also has a double bed.
The large common and independent bathroom has a washing machine and an ironing board.
