Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Tucked away from the city, it was a very peaceful getaway especially with all the sounds of the wildlife around. The rooms were also very well kept and was quite minimalistic, allowing for a nice breathable environment. The food was very flavorful and the portion sizes were definitely worth the price. Lastly, the staff from check in to check out were extremely helpful and considerate of all our needs during our stay. Overall, a very happy experience at the Benison.

Negative: As the hotel is a bit further inside from the main road, we did find it a bit difficult to direct any uber/pick me drivers to find the location. There is a sign post with the name at the turning point of the road leading into the hotel, but we found that it wasn’t easily noticeable to the drivers. Might be helpful if a little larger signage was put at the same spot, if possible. However, we didn’t come across any other issues with our stay.

Summary: A wonderful, relaxing weekend getaway to escape the hustle of city life.
