Positive: This is a large 3 bedroomed well loved family home with all the facilities you need including a very well equipped kitchen. It was warm and the heating controls are available to adapt to individual needs. The owner was available by phone if needed and there was always street parking nearby in the quiet road.

Negative: Unfortunately cleanliness in a couple of areas let it down. Some of the glassware, pans and crockery needed to be washed before use. The bathroom including the toilet could have been cleaner, and there are patches of black mould on the ceiling.

Summary: Well loved family home.
