Positive: The apartment seemed to be brand new. Everything was in superb condition. The view form the terrezza was also very nice. Right across the street there a pizzeria and and down the road you find a well-assorted grocery store with a lot of local products.
Negative: The only tricky part was finding the place. The host did send a description of how to get there. The actual road the property is situated on is a private road and the access to the top of the road is restricted by a barrier. If you go around the property on Via Chiurasca you will get there without problems. The apartments are on top of a garage of some kind, so look out for a lot of tires - then you are in the right spot ;-) - Follow the red carpet up the stairs!
