Positive: The cottage itself is roomy and has just about everything you need. There's heaps of toys for the kids, including a trampoline and cubby house

Negative: There's a fair bit of maintenance to be done. The windows weren't able to be opened because the flyscreens were falling off. Below was a drop onto rocks. Several minor things needed fixing like the mixer tap in the kitchen fell off in my hand, and all the hooks for you towels and toilet rolls were very loose. The most annoying thing was there was no rubbish facilities at the property. We had to drive into York daily to drop off the rubbish at a property.
