Located in Country Club Shores close to St. Armands Circle and downtown Sarasota, this quiet, three bedroom home offers beach proximity as well as dining, shopping and a vibrant art scene.
Beach access: <10 min. walk to a beautiful, white sandy beach
St. Armands Circle: 5 min. by car
Downtown Sarasota: 10 min. by car
We are not a rental company. We are a local family that is excited to share our beautiful home with you, so if you need anything during your stay, we are only a short walk away.

Pets may be allowed on a case-by-case basis with a $300 non-refundable pet fee.

Summary: House was beautiful, clean, and relaxing. Very private outdoor patio, equipped with grill, table with umbrella, seating area with table and outdoor shower. Well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds and 2 walk-in showers plus powder room. Owner very accommodating. Easy walk or bike ride (supplied) to beach and pleasant neighborhood for walking. Would not hesitate to stay again.
