Our 3 story walk up offers an outdoor swimming pool, and just 10 minutes' walk from patrolled surf at Miami Beach and North Burleigh Beach. Sunshine Beach Resort is budget accommodations with air conditioning, free WiFi and free car parking. Each room includes a TV, microwave, bar fridge, air-conditioning, toaster and tea/coffee making facilities. The private bathroom includes a shower. Towels and linen are provided. Sunshine Beach Motel is centrally located in Miami. 5 minutes walk to Miami One Shopping Center (Coles). 10 minute walk to Patrolled Miami Beach or North Burleigh Beach. The Miami Tavern, North Burleigh Surf Club & Miami Marketta are all within walking distance. This property provides a friendly and relaxed atmosphere with all short stay guests enjoying the beaches, and the picturesque lookout at North Burleigh Hill.
