Positive: I liked the location which is in a relatively quiet street. The room with kitchen corner was ok even if it would be great to have some tiny things available like a lighter for the stove or salt.
Negative: It was difficult to get in touch with the landlord on the phone. I spent four nights in the property and asked the landlord if it was possible to prolong it by two more days. He said yes but increased the price on per night basis explaining that cleaning is expensive (even if it is done only after you leave the apartment).
