Welcome to this 110m2 spacious and bright flat next to the emblematic centre of Paris, an ideal spot for art and culture lovers, containing some of the most emblematic monuments and museums of the city.
This apartment is divided into two individual units that can be separated from each other, ideal for groups of friends and families that want to stay together but enjoy some privacy. Each features a bright and comfy living area with its own dinning table and opened to a well-equipped kitchen.

This is an ideal location for tourists as it is surrounded by major tourist destinations, such as Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Saint-Germain-des-Prรฉs, and Luxembourg Gardens. Le Bon Marchรฉ, the first department store in the world, and Hospital Necker, are located along the same street as the apartment. Very close to three Metro stations: Duroc (150m), Vanuea (210m), and Falguiรจre (450m). Gare Montparnasse is 1km. away.

*** TOURIST TAX & HOME ADDRESS ***
- The Paris administration charges a small fee to every guest staying in a tourism accommodation. 1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of possible eviction and a deposit seizure up to 600โฌ.
2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am.
3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs).
4. Loss of keys will have a 100โฌ charge per key lost.
5. No smoking on interior areas.
6. If the garbage bin is full, please take it outside and find the closest dumpster.
7. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
8. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.
Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.
