Studio Verde in Sitges is a stunning new holiday studio that has been completely renovated to a very high standard. Found on the first floor of a fully renovated traditional building in the heart of the town this is the perfect bolt hole. The studio is fitted with a modern kitchen with small induction hob, microwave, coffee maker and fridge. There is a small dining area with sofa, chairs and table as well as smart TV with Netflix etc. There is a super king size or two super-singles if you prefer and a modern shower room with a walk in rain shower. There is open wardrobe space with shelving and drawers and a shoe rack. There is also a washing machine hidden away if you need it. The double Juliet balcony doors open with views onto the street below for some semi alfresco dining. The studio is just off one of the main streets in the centre and therefore quieter. All the shops, bars and restaurants are on your door step and the closest beach is just a 5 minute walk. This is a real luxury home from home. This Studio can also be rented combined with the Studio Azul on the 2nd floor which has 2 terraces and therefore the whole house is ideally suited for two couples and can be used for up to 4 people. We provide beach towels for all our guests so no need to pack them, more suitcase space for your holiday clothes!

This apartment is self check in ( if required) - we will provide a key code for the main front door

Normal check in time is between 14-19h and check out is 11h however we are extremely flexible and accommodating for early check ins and late check outs where possible. Please contact us and we will do our best! If you are going to arrive on a late flight please contact us before booking so we can confirm with us in writing the booking in advance.

OUT OF HOURS CHECK INS: Check ins after 19h - 21h are charged 20€, after 21h - 24.00h 40€

Late check out after 11h is charged at 50€ Please enquire.
