Positive: Common areas and breakfast were excellent, super clean and good breakfast buffet, pool was also nice, water was colder than expected though.
Negative: Rooms were very cheap looking, no hand soap, there was only a 2 in 1 shower / shampoo to be used, not even a small bathroom carpet / towel for the floor. No towels to the pool, was recommended by the receptionist to use the same from the room, so shower and pool are the same towels…Cheap service in general, I’ve to complain to get 4 towels and a extra sheet to my kids since they were with us. Even it was informed in the reservation. No paper, pencils to borrow during dinner for kids in the reception, even though it’s a very family Hotel.
