THINGS TO DO
If you brought a boat with you, launch it right in front of the house but make sure you speak to a local as it can be tricky to navigate the channel if you aren`t familiar with it.
If you came without a boat, maybe try your luck at fishing off the beach or rocks. Don`t forget your fishing rod!

A very quiet neighbourhood. One of 9 holiday houses on the waterfront.
Please note the house is situated beside a public boat ramp so you will see boats, tractors and vehicles coming and going mainly over the summer months so please be very careful and always keep an eye on your children. If someone is trying to launch or remove their boat from the water please stop what you are doing and move right out of the way of them until it`s safe to resume your activities.
The water out the front is the perfect place for swimming but just be mindful that there can still be strong tidal currents so always be careful and watch your children.
There are plenty of large kangaroos that will roam right up to the house. Please don`t feed them and keep a safe distance. Kangaroos can become aggressive.
The house is solely ran on filtered tank water which is situated in the small tanks to the side of the house. Please be mindful of this when showering and using the washing machine. There is NO mains water access in Stokes Bay.
Please DO NOT fillet fish inside the house. There is a large blue chopping board and fish fillet in knives available for use outside. Please make sure they are returned.
Please be very careful NOT to turn the induction cook plates on too hot as this has already damaged 2 of the frying pans with burn marks. Only use on high for a short amount of time if needing to sear then reduce heat.
Please DO NOT place the sharp knives in the dishwasher as this will damage them.
There is a collapsible tub under the vanity in the bathroom. Use this as a washing basket or as a tub to clean swimwear in the shower.
There are fly repellent fans, Ozzie Mozzie mosquito zappers, fire blanket, snake bite kit and first aid kit in the cupboard above the Nutribullet if needed.
There are 4 deck chairs folded in bags next to the fridge. Feel free to grab them out if you want to relax with a book or by the fire. Please put them back at the end of your stay.
There is a foot wash bucket located just inside the front door. Fill it up with water and pop it below the deck. Use it to clean your feet after exiting the beach if you like. Please wash out thoroughly before departure.
Please request a cot if required.
There is a highchair and beach towels in the master room wardrobe if required.
There is a robovac which can operate during your stay. Please message me if you would like it turned on while you are out for the day and make sure all things are picked up from the floor and doors open to where you would like cleaned.
