Villa Gaia is situated on a hill in southern Tuscany, between the green slopes of Monte Amiata, the Maremma and a stone's throw from the Val d'Orcia and the famous Brunello hills. It can be reached from the nearby medieval village of Seggiano with an easy 5-minute drive through country houses.
Positioned towards the south-west it enjoys a unique view over part of the Val d'Orcia and over the entire area below to the sea, touching the beautiful medieval village of Montenero. The sunsets are a show that is renewed every evening.
It borders with the ruins of the ancient Hermitage of San Bernardino in an isolated position, where peace is literally absolute and the air, among the aromas of the generous earth, can also give some nuances from the sea.
The Accommodations
The Villa Padronale is the main body and dates back to the 19th century. It boasts a sober, compact and elegant style with large interior spaces and large terraces. It is divided into two large apartments, one of which is on the ground floor (275 square meters with five bedrooms and respective bathrooms) and one on the first floor (175 square meters with three bedrooms and two bathrooms). There is also a 25 sqm two-room apartment ideal for group leaders or carers. The rooms are spacious and furnished in a simple and elegant way. It can accommodate up to 16 people on two floors. The Dependance was later built a short distance from the main body. With its 174 square meters 1 its 4 rooms with respective bathrooms can accommodate up to 8 people. Della Villa maintains the generous style of the spaces and the sober elegance.

The Multipurpose Room, detached from the dwellings, is a large octagonal structure with parquet flooring and with a splendid view from the large windows of the surrounding woods. With its 85 square meters. it can be used for any type of group activity.
The restaurant has a large internal hall and a spacious panoramic porch ideal for al fresco dining and sunset dinners. It is equipped with a well-stocked professional kitchen with all the necessary accessories for almost all types of kitchen.

The pool
Below the lodgings, between the lush greenery and the beautiful view of the valley, is the upper pool. With its large dimensions it is excellent not only for cooling off but also for pleasant swims.
