This is an upside down house to make the most of the wonderful views. Seated in an secure urbanization. Master-bedroom with en suite bathroom on top floor, open floor plan kitchen and living room with fire place. Dining room. Terrace with luxury BBQ. Downstairs 3 bedrooms. 2 twin bedrooms and another King size bedroom with 2 bathrooms. The twins overlook the hot tub terrace and the views. On the same floor is a second sitting room which has a settee and chair. TV. DVD and WII machine with games and pilates workout facility. We have provided a second fridge for cold drinks during the summer. The internal floor size is 173.3 m2. The hot tub terrace has 8 sun loungers and those wonderful views. Washing machine. Smoking is permitted on the terraces only. Large communal swimming pool which has sun beds provided. If you want to us the hot tub (jacuzzi) you can book it separately
