The Space:
This spacious, custom-built beach house is ready to be your next getaway at the Gulf. Located directly on the beach, this home features designer furnishings throughout, four bedrooms and baths, a fabulous great room with a 65' flatscreen TV, and a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a granite island, and a breakfast bar. The two Gulf-facing bedrooms have plush king-size beds, and sliders leading out to the large open and covered decks. Guests will also enjoy free WiFi, Direct TV, and smart TVs in all the bedrooms. The underside of the home is well lit with a boardwalk from the front to the back complete with swings for both kids and adults, a sandbox, BBQ area, and an outdoor shower.

Situated right on the beach, you only have to walk down the steps to put your toes in the sand at the water's edge. There are beach rentals available all over the island including bicycles, paddleboards, jet skis, and more. This rental is just minutes from popular seafood restaurants, shops, mini-golf courses, historic Ft. Gaines, a local estuarium the kids are sure to enjoy, and an amazing bird sanctuary. Summary: Very nice, well kept. Great deck viewing the ocean 20 yards away. Beds were extremely comfortable! Even though the weather was not very cooperative we thoroughly enjoyed it - we were so relaxed we were like wet noodles!
