Just renovated design apartment in the east of Amsterdam, within 15 minutes you're in the center with public transportation. Everything is brand new. The apartment has 3 bedrooms with king-size beds and 1 sofabed in the livingroom. The apartment is located 5 minutes from a big shopping mall with 2 supermarkets and a lot of other shops. The apartment is around 90 square meters, big enough for 8 persons. The apartment is very light and the furniture is new. 5 minutes walking is a free parking area Big and modern living room with access to the private garden. The apartment has 1 master bedroom and 2 smaller bedrooms. All with king-size beds and closets. The new kitchen is really well equipped with Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, combi microwave, dishwasher, cutlery, pans etc. There is a luxury bathroom with seperate toilet. Included: - Sheets and towels - 50 "inch Samsung flat screen with free Netflix - Free Wi-Fi - 65m² private garden - 3 bedrooms - Extra sofa bed in the livingroom You will rent the whole apartment. Everything is private. I'm always there to help you and explain everything. Always available for a talk. I'm replying within 1 hour on the day time. The apartment is super close to Amsterdam. Tram and other public transportation is 3 minutes walking. Shops and free parking area are 5 minutes walking. Public transportation, taxi, free parking, airport is 15-20 minutes with the taxi. Please be carefull with my brand new house. Everything is just renovated, I expect you to use my house if it's your own. Respect for the neighbors when you rent this house is really important.
