Guests have full and sole use of townhouse and yard. It is shared use of the pool, BBQ area as that is used by all townhouses in the complex

Two storey townhouse giving you space, privacy and room to relax and enjoy. The house has a large double garage allowing you to park two vehicles.

2. Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed (overhead fan & aircon) UPSTAIRS
3. Bedroom 3 - 2 x Single Beds (overhead fan & aircon) UPSTAIRS

Air-Conditioning
The entire house is air-conditioned with ducted aircon.

Entry via the front door has you in the lounge room, with its massive 65 inch smart tv allowing you to watch free to air television or your own streaming channels. We have both an indoor and an outdoor dining table.

The pool is available for your use and enjoyment from 9.00 am - 9.00 pm. Children cannot use it unsupervised. There is a BBQ and table in the pool area as well.

The town house is clean, modern and very tastefully decorated throughout.

The kitchen has a cook top, microwave, oven, fridge, pots, pans, crockery, cooking implements, glassware and cutlery.

We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Service”

A polite reminder that this is NOT, a party, function or event space. If you want that, we would politely suggest you book elsewhere. We value your peace and quiet, as well as those of all of our neighbours.

We are not a pet property, so apologies we cannot take bookings that include your pet/s.

Please Note, this is NOT a party, event, function, or schoolies group property. We don't wish to offend, so please don't ask to have any of these type of events here. It is strictly NO smoking. If you wish to use it for any of these reasons we would ask you to book elsewhere. On booking we will ask for details of your group and information on your trip here to the coast. We do value our wonderful house and the well being of our neighbours. If we have reports of a party, event, function and / or complaints from neighbours, we will investigate and if necessary ask you to immediately vacate the premises. I cannot stress highly enough this is a lovely house for families, friends and small groups, who want a quiet, peaceful time whilst they are here.

The cleaning charge for your stay is levied on a normal clean, if guests have left garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, cigarette smell (which we will have cleaned) they will be levied for all additional cleaning and replacement costs.

This 3 Bedrooms House provides accommodation with Air Conditioner, Bedding/Linens, Child Friendly, for your convenience. This House features many amenities for guests who want to stay for a few days, a weekend or probably a longer vacation with family, friends or group.
