This spacious 2 bedroom unit (70sq m) is attached to the main house but is completely self contained and private with it's own entry. It is situated in El Dorado Leader, a quiet, no exit street well away from the main road.
The property borders a reserve which also leads directly to the large estuary reserve and beaches along the harbour facing Tairua.... a 3 minute walk from the flat.
A small deck off the kitchen and 2nd bedroom has direct access to the reserve. Another balcony adjoins the lounge and master bedroom.

A 7 minute walk takes you through Kennedy Park, past the tennis courts, play ground and cricket pitch to the Surf Club and surf beach.

Freeview TV for multiple channel reception. Fridge has freezer.

New comfortable pocket sprung queen bed and 2 comfortable standard singles.

Special conditions:
Children over 5 years old OK.
We like to maintain a quiet environment so no parties please.
