This small-scale holiday domain offers 3 separate accommodations: a cosy holiday home for max. 2 adults and 3 children, a flat for max.2 adults and 3 children and a flat for 2 persons. A further 2 luxury rooms can be rented separately. The friendly owners live on the same property.
Le Domaine as a whole sleeps 12 people (max. 6 adults and 6 children) and is ideal if you are going on holiday with several families. The 5-person cottage is only suitable for a family with max. 3 adults and 3 children. On the ground floor is the master bedroom and bathroom and on the first floor is the bedroom with 3 single beds. In front of the house is a terrace where you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the surroundings with your first cup of coffee in the morning.
The 5-person flat is located on the ground floor and features a master bedroom and a bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed (max. 2 adults and 3 children). In front of the apartment you have your own terrace and a wide view over the garden.
Next to this flat is another 2-person flat with 1 bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette and also great views from the terrace.
There is plenty to do on the estate; for example, there is a boules court and perhaps fun to have a competition with the other guests. The children can have fun on the trampoline, not to mention at the fenced swimming pool (8 x 4 m, expected to be ready by mid-June) with a lovely sun terrace with sun loungers next to it and views of the countryside. If you want to bring your four-legged friend, she will certainly have a great time here too. For a delicious lunch or dinner, you don't need to take your car, because on the same domain the two owners prepare the most delicious regional dishes every day and you can join them in their restaurant. Just make a reservation!

Marcheseuil is some 270 km south of Paris in the heart of Burgundy and bordering the Morvan department, Burgundy's beautiful natural park, and the Cote d'Or department,
