Positive: We’re a family of four from New Zealand, and we had an absolutely incredible stay at Shadow Pyramids INN. The location is unbeatable—right at the entrance to the pyramids, it truly doesn’t get any better than this. Our host, Mira, was exceptional. Warm, kind, and genuinely welcoming, she made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. What really stood out was her incredible support when my bag was lost at the airport. Mira went above and beyond—following up for nearly two weeks, contacting the airport on our behalf, and continuing to help even after we had left Egypt. Thanks to her dedication, I was finally reunited with my bag. We are so grateful for her care and effort. Mira is truly one of a kind, and we couldn’t recommend this place more highly.
