Positive: I admit I was pleasantly surprised by this great little apartment. It had everything you needed to make the stay just perfect. It was immaculately clean, had all the extras like iron, first aid kit, welcome basket of milk, water, cakes etc, fully working kitchen and washing machine. Valentina was the perfect host, giving valuable help and advice on how to get to apartment from station, tram links etc. Apartment is on 7th floor, but has very quirky lift to get you there! Lovely balcony with great view over Florence and the hills. I loved this apartment and if I ever return, I would definitely stay here again.
